This governs use of our website and corporate services regardless of the clinic location you visit, including our Johnson City, TN clinic. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

Billing and refunds

The following billing and refund policy applies to services provided at our Johnson City, TN clinic and other Regen and Restore® locations, to the extent permitted by applicable law:

• Statement descriptor: Charges appear on your billing statement as Regen and Restore® 888-781-3431. Some services are billed directly by registered partners; the applicable descriptor is shown before checkout and on your receipt.
• Recurring billing: If you enroll in automatic payments, fees are deducted according to your selected plan until you cancel. You can cancel or change your plan any time by calling 888-781-3431.
• Scheduled services: Plans involving processed orders for medications, supplements, or scheduled medical and nutritional appointments are not eligible for refunds once ordered or scheduled.
• Non-refundable services: Sales are final for supplements, bloodwork, prescriptions, exosome injections, BHRT, medical weight loss, health and life coaching, medication orders, and completed or scheduled medical consultations and appointments.

Appointment cancellations

We understand plans change. To keep our Johnson City clinic running efficiently for all patients, appointments cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable. To cancel or reschedule, call 888-781-3431 or email [email protected].

If your provider recommends a change to your program that requires a lower-cost plan, we will refund the difference. If a program change requires a plan switch, we will cancel your existing plan and request authorization for the new one.

Text messaging & consent

By providing your phone number and opting in to text messages from our Johnson City clinic or the Regen and Restore® team, you consent to receive appointment reminders and related follow-ups. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Text opt-in data is never shared with third parties.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
